Priority Registration is from February 1 – 28, 2013. If you have a snapcode (provided on the online registration instructions obtained from your school), and want to begin the fall 2013 registration process, click to go to: https://secure.infosnap.com/family/gosnap.aspx?action=3502&culture=en
To begin the registration process, parents should go directly to their home attendance area school on or after Feb 1 to obtain informational materials and directions for completing registration. Please bring your Driver's License (or other government issued photo ID) to verify that your address falls within the school’s boundaries. All steps in the registration process must be completed before a student can be enrolled in school and assigned to a class.

Beginning in the 2014-15 school year and thereafter, the eligibility cutoff date for Kindergarten is September 1, and children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1. A child registered to enter a District school for the first time who will be six on or before September 1 will be enrolled in First grade. On a case-by-case basis, a school administrator may recommend a different placement for children who are developmentally advanced or delayed than the normal age cutoff (CLICK HERE for more information on non-standard grade placements). During the transitional years of 2012-13 and 2013-14, MPCSD is offering a two-year Kindergarten program for children with fall birthdays who would previously have been eligible to begin Kindergarten under the pre-SB1381 age cutoff dates (CLICK HERE for more information about the transitional program for Young Kinders).
