  • Great news, at it's January meeting, the MPCSD school board approved the opening of an ELC classroom at Oak Knoll School for the 2019-20 school year!


    2019-20 SCHOOL YEAR


    The deadline for children to be included in the initial 2019-20 lottery was February 15, 2019; however, families are still welcome to apply after that date and their children will be placed on the waiting list according to the date of their application. 


    To register your child for the 2019-20 lottery, please complete and submit this form.

    Based on demand determined via the lottery, classroom options for 2019-20 are:




    • 2 Full-Day classes open 7:30-5:30
    • 1 Part-Day class open 8:30-12:30 with an option for early care for 7:30-8:30


    Oak Knoll


    • 1 Full day class open from 7:30-5:30


    Enrollment Priorities


    • Priority 1 –Current ELC students and their siblings
    • Priority 2 - MPCSD Residents and children eligible for the Tinsley Voluntary Transfer Program who qualify for an Early Learning Center scholarship
    • Priority 3 - MPCSD Staff (children of ELC staff will receive first priority among staff)
    • Priority 4 - Community - Children who live outside of the MPCSD boundaries
    • Priority 5- Children whose families apply after February 15, 2019


    Spaces will be distributed as follows:

    • 75% Full fee spaces
    • 25% Scholarship spaces
