Summer Camp Hours and Full-Fee Tuition

ELC Summer Camp will be open on the Lower Laurel campus at 95 Edge Rd. in Atherton and the Oak Knoll Campus at 1895 Oak Knoll Lane in Menlo Park for 4 weeks from July 6-July 30, 2021 with groups consisting of no more than 16 children and 4 teachers each.
Eligible children must be 3 years old by December 1, 2021.
Students may enroll in 2 weeks or 4 weeks.
A deposit of 50% will be required upon enrollment and the remainder due on June 1st. After payment is made, it is non refundable and non transferable. This means that should you decide not to participate in the camp, your child is absent from camp for any reason, or the ELC is required to cancel camp due to a government ordered shutdown, tuition will not be refunded.
Recommended precautions will be taken to minimize health risks for children and staff, in accordance with San Mateo County Health Department orders, State of California Community Care Licensing requirements, Centers for Disease Control guidance. We will continue to modify and update our procedures to comply with new guidelines. All program details are therefore subject to change without advance notice provided. Please understand that although we will take precautions to limit exposure to COVID-19 we provide no assurances and cannot guarantee that you or your child will not be exposed to the virus or become ill.
Priority for enrollment will be as follows:
1. 2020-21 ELC students and their siblings (scholarships based on availability)
2. 2021-22 ELC Students and their siblings (scholarships based on availability)
3. All others (no scholarships available)

The ELC's preferred payment method is Brightwheel. New families will be enrolled in the Brightwheel program to facilitate electronic payment once enrollment is confirmed.
Children must be fully toilet trained to participate in the program. This means that children must be wearing underwear, know how to clean themselves, and be able to express their toileting needs in time to get to a bathroom. Children who have regular toileting accidents will not be allowed to continue in the program.
