NETWORK EQUIPMENT - NO INSTALLATION
MENLO PARK CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT will accept PROPOSALS FOR TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR NETWORK SWITCH EQUIPMENT (CATEGORY 2).
The PROPOSALS must be received prior to March 2, 2020, at 2:00 PM PST, in a sealed envelope labeled with the title and number and addressed to the Menlo Park City School District, ATTN: Al Hart, Address: 181 Encinal Ave., Atherton CA 94027 Proposals will be opened at above time and date. Proposals received after the above stated time will be returned to the bidder unopened. No vendor may withdraw his proposal for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of proposals.
Vendor must participate in the E-Rate Program and must provide a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and Federal Registration Number (FCC-FRN) with the proposal.
The Board of Trustees of the Menlo Park City School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals, to be sole judge as to the merit, quality and acceptability of materials proposed and their compliance to the specifications if it be in the best interest of the District.
