Bulldog Sports & Fitness


    A CO - ED favorite among Oak Knoll students, Bulldog Sports & Fitness offers a fun, non-competitive flag football program.  Classes are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays... sign up for one, two or all three days.This class teaches kids not just about the skills of flag football through basic throwing, catching, various formations, and playing offense and defense but the important aspects of sportsmanship and teamwork.  We do not keep scores, stats, wins or losses we DO emphasize the essence of TEAM, Leadership skills. Through "skill of the day" as well as "sportsmanship touchdowns" are some of the successful teaching we use to keep the sport fun for kids of ALL skill levels.  Kids are broken up into age appropriate groups for scrimmages.


    Speed, Strength & Sports Skill Development
    In a small group CO- ED  setting our dedicated coaches will work with your child helping them to develop all of the important variables to be a successful athlete. Speed, balance, core strength, hand eye coordination etc.  This MIX SPORT skill development class will help your child by not only working on their areas for performance improvement, but they will also receive “Sport Mentoring.” Teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship are all teaching points that our coaches will utilize during this class.  Half of this class will be exercise based, and half will be recreational style sports such as, capture the flag, kickball, dodgeball and occasionally a traditional sport like soccer, flag football etc.  
    Registration Information
    Monday: Flag Football - 3:00-4:00pm (Grades K-5)
    Tuesday: Speed, Strength & Sports Skill Development -3:00-4:00pm (Grades 1-5)
    Thursday: Flag Football - 1:30-3:00pm, (Grades K-5)
