What does our committee do?
We coordinate the events for the evening - select food vendor, determine entertainment for the kids,
advertise the event around school, and collect money for the event.
What types of responsibilities do our volunteers help with?- Determine Entertainment and manage vendor during event
- Help with set-up before event
- Help with take-down and clean-up after event
- Monitor food vendors
- Collect/ sell tickets
When do we need you?
Organization in the run up to the event and on the night of the event.
How much time commitment is involved?
A few hours.
