Annual Reports

The Menlo Park City School District follows an 18-month budget cycle that begins each spring with development of the next school year’s budget and Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), both adopted by July 1. The budget is reviewed and updated twice during the year through the First and Second Interim Reports, when the Board certifies the District’s financial status. After the fiscal year ends on June 30, Unaudited Actuals are submitted by September 15, followed by the independent Audit Report, typically presented in December. Below are annual financial reports from the current year to prior years.
