Developer Fees

The Sequoia Union High School District (SUHSD) collects school developer fees for all new construction, remodels, or additions to existing residential, commercial, or industrial buildings within the boundaries of Belmont-Redwood Shores, Las Lomitas, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Ravenswood, Redwood City, San Carlos, and Woodside. SUHSD shares these developer fees with its feeder school districts, with 40% allocated to SUHSD and 60% to the feeder districts. Developer fees must be paid before any building department can issue a permit. For detailed information about school developer fees, including fee rates, payment instructions, and contact details, please visit the Sequoia Union High School District website.
