    Idling Cars

School has started all around town. Every day as school lets out, dozens of parents and caregivers line up on local streets, waiting to pick up the kids. Many remember to turn off their cars but some still idle them. It’s actually more efficient to turn them off, even if you’re going to be sitting there for only 10 seconds!

Four benefits: 1. Your kids breathe here, keep them healthy. 2. The neighborhood suffers less carbon pollution. 3. You contribute a little less to climate change. 4. You save money on gas.
