MPCSD Annual Employee Notification
Welcome to the new Menlo Park City School District’s NEW Annual Employee Notification System. This online system was created to capture vital employee information and to provide required documents to staff on an annual basis. The information you provide will allow us to notify you in the event of an emergency. All employees are required to complete/submit upon employment and on an annual basis.
To complete your Annual Employee Notice for 2019-20, please follow these steps:
1. Create a PowerSchool InfoSnap account
All MPCSD employees must have a PowerSchool InfoSnap account in order to complete their Annual Notice. You must use your MPCSD email in order to complete your annual notice.
Please note, the PowerSchool InfoSnap portal (registration) is different than the PowerSchool Student (student database) portal. PowerSchool is working on combining these portals in the future but for now, those who use PowerSchool Student will have two logins.

For those of you who are a parent of an MPCSD student and used your MPCSD email to register/re-enroll your child.
2. Complete MPCSD's 2019-20 Annual Employee Notification
Once you have a PowerSchool InfoSnap account, log in and complete the Annual Employee Notification process by entering your information and follow the screens.
