    The Application for the 2022-23 School Year Waitlist is Now Available Here

     

    We are currently full for the 2022-23 school and are accepting applications for our waitlist

     

    Eligibility Requirements

     

    • Children must be 3 years old by September 1st of the school year
    • Children must be fully potty-trained by the first day of school

     

    2022-23 ELC Lottery Timeline

    • November 1, 2021 - Application available
    • January 2, 2022 - Applications due by midnight
    • January 28, 2022 - ELC informs families if a space is available 
    • February 14, 2022 - Families confirm enrollment with a non-refundable deposit
    • Any spaces still available after the lottery will be offered on a rolling basis

     

    Our classrooms are located on two campuses:

    • ELC Laurel - 95 Edge Rd. Atherton
    • ELC Oak Knoll - 1895 Oak Knoll Ln. Menlo Park

     

    Schedule options for 2022-23 are:

    * School-Day - 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
    * Full-Day - 7:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

     

    Please note that a new lottery is conducted each year. Families on the waitlist must reapply to be considered for the new year's lottery. Applications for 2023-24 will be available in early November 2022.

     

    We are not giving school tours at this time; however, there are several resources you can access for more information about our program:

    Debido a COVID, actualmente no ofrecemos recorridos en persona de nuestras aulas, sin embargo, ofreceremos sesiones de información virtual a partir de mediados de octubre.

     

      

    Aunque no podemos ofrecer recorridos en persona, consulte los siguientes recursos para familiarizarse con nuestro programa y nuestra filosofía:

    Los niños elegibles tendrán 3 años para el 1 de Sieptembre de 2022 y serán entrenados para ir al baño el primer día de clases.
     
    Los ninos elegibales para el TK/jardin de infancia de transicion (nacidos entre el 1 de septiembre y el 1 de diciembre) son bienvenidos al ELC.

    The Menlo Park City School District’s Early Learning Center nurtures young children’s curiosity, sense of wonder, belonging, and deep engagement with the world around them, preparing them to develop the critical skills needed to enter kindergarten and reach their full potential.

     

    Our caring and knowledgeable teachers support the development of friendships, foster positive conflict resolution skills, and ensure that children have a sense of belonging and feel safe and valued for their unique gifts.
