Jennifer Kollmann, Associate Principal of Encinal Elementary School
Jennifer Kollmann is an experienced K-12 educational administrator with over 29 wide-ranging years of site and district level expertise in the advancement of innovative educational programs, technological expansion, and positive assessment growth. During her career, she has served in multiple and diverse schools and districts across the Bay Area and in Santa Cruz. Her site leadership includes five years each as a middle and high school principal. Early in her career, she taught high school Spanish and Psychology. She came to the Menlo Park City School District in 2013, serving as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction. Rounding out her elementary site level experience, she now serves as the Associate Principal of Encinal Elementary. She is skilled in Spanish, Staff Development, Educational Leadership, Instructional Technology, Compliance, Supervision, Evaluation, and Wellness. She is a champion and liaison for English Language Learners, bringing together families and schools to promote mutual, advantageous relationships and influencing dramatic parent participation, showing her continued dedication to at-risk students. She received her Bachelor of Arts in both Spanish and Psychology from the University of California, Davis and her Master of Education (M.A.) Educational Leadership and Administration from San Francisco State University.
