We ask that students and parents do not email their teachers directly but rather use their recommended learning platforms (Edmodo, Google Classroom, Alt School) to learn about daily assignments and communications.
Please report your student's absence during the school closure (3/13-3/26) using School Messenger/Safe Arrival. Please select "distance learning" as the reason "multiple day" so you don't have to log in each morning (selecting 3/16 as the first day of absence 3/26 as the last). Then, click send.
As of Friday, March 13th all After-School Programs have been canceled. Spring registration is TBD.
As of Friday, March 13th all Hillview-sponsored athletics programs including Tennis, Track and Boys Volleyball have been canceled until further notice. Please read Hillview Athletics - COVID-19 Impact for more information.
LunchMaster will cancel all paid lunch orders through March 26 and you will be credited for the cost of the meals you have purchased. If your child receives Free or Reduced Lunch through the Federal Lunch Program, your child’s lunch will still be available. Please be on the lookout for direct communication about our unique in-person delivery plan.
District Office Hours
For essential services such as student enrollment/disenrollment, human resources, business/payroll, facility maintenance, safety, or materials drop-off/pick-up, the MPCSD District Office located at 181 Encinal Avenue in Atherton will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. The District Office will be closed to the public during our regularly scheduled Spring Break March 30 - April 3.
